Not a happy experience. Bad enough that I’ll never return despite a decent selection of beads. Very rude clerk, with no clue about good customer service. I needed design help, and it was clear there was no talent there. She showed me some pieces she had designed and they just were not attractive. I could have worked around that, but was not willing to stay and put up with the ATTY-TOOD.

Dammit, I have had ENOUGH of the lousy management at this store! Too busy chit chatting with each other and not working. This is the LAST time I go there at 6PM on a Friday to find two checkouts open and lines into the aisles! I waited 15 minutes and left a full cart in the aisle. You would think with a brand new Wegmans opening three miles away in less than two days, there would be SOME sense of doing a good job. It won;t be long before this dump closes like all the others. POOR MANAGEMENT EFFORTS!

Today was “Free Pretzel Day” at the Thorndale pretzel factory. I was unbearably disheartened when I was about to park and noticed on the door that there was a sign that said “No Pretzels”. They should have been prepared for the amount that they were even remotely ready to give away. May I remind you that this was only at 5: 30 in the evening… when the factory was still open. I am a return customer who frequents this establishment several times a month; in fact, Philadelphia Pretzel Factory Pretzels are the prefered snack for my daughters championship winning sports team.

Best pizza in the area. Very nice manager . Very helpfull .I have allergies he helped me with my order. Also very clean.nicer then Carmine’s .
