Housed in the former Dilworthtown General Store, the 18th century threshold unveils a 21st century “hip-storic” bistro. Radiating with iridescent hues of gold and amber, the stylish bistro’s interior kindles the restaurant’s laid-back aura. A wall of crushed gold glass shimmers behind the mahogany bar. Upstairs, the chocolate leather settees summon lounging and relaxation. Outdoor dining on the front porch calms the pace of village passersby.

The Zagat Survey appreciated Dilworthtown’s “warm and cozy colonial atmosphere, fine antiques and gas lamps” and raved that the 900 bottle wine list is “fabulous”. The Inn itself dates back to 1754, when James Dilworth built it as additional space for his large family. We opened The Olive Tree Mediterranean Grill to express our passion for our Greek heritage, and to share with you a dining experience that is deeply personal and exemplifies our zeal and pride in Mediterranean cuisine and culture. In the Mediterranean regions of Europe, eating is not just a meal nor is it done for sustenance. We eat because we enjoy food and the “Experience” that goes with having a good meal.
