P.J. Reilly Contracting Co., Inc. is a full-service site contractor, completing earthwork, paving, and utility pipe installation with our own manpower and equipment. We are an open-shop contractor with our primary focus on Chester, Delaware and Southwestern Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties, as well as, projects in Northern Delaware.

We have been incorporated since 1991 and have enjoyed many long-term relationships with our clients since inception. We are confident in handling small fast track to large site improvement projects which require hands-on management and attention to detail.

Overview of Services
P. J. Reilly Contracting Co., Inc. provides excavation and utility construction services for its clients. Our 75 employees are experienced and professional and aspire to the highest levels of quality and safety. Over 60 pieces of equipment and trucks support their efforts.
Our management team consists of estimators, superintendents, foremen and key operators.

We are eager to perform on all size jobs from a single basement excavation to million dollar plus site improvement projects. Our management team is set-up to provide operated equipment for a days worth of Time and Material or a large turn-key site project requiring extensive supervision. We are experienced in handling small fast track jobs to large technical site improvement projects, which requires hands-on management and attention to detail.
We have most recently started a paving crew focusing on residential driveways and small commercial projects.
