An intimate and luxurious experience for yoga and ayurvedic treatments. Small class sizes assure proper corrections, alignment and personal attention. Being well can be luxurious; end of class shoulder rubs, hot stone muscle soothers, hot tea at end of each class, and aromatherapy are what we offer each student.
