The mission of the Owen J. Roberts Middle School is to provide an educational program for the adolescent which is age appropriate and exploratory, and to develop the following attributes: Positive self-esteem; Positive attitude; Personal responsibility; Respect and concern for others; Social and environmental responsibility; Honesty and integrity.

The Middle School must recognize and be responsive to the unique needs of early adolescent students.
