Description

At The Gingerbread House, our philosophy is to give each child a warm loving environment so that they have great self esteem and that they can do well in Kindergarten. We take up most of the 2nd floor of the Civic Center. We have our own bathroom, our own playground, and we have use of a large gym. Our program includes: 3 yr olds – to learn socialization skills such as sharing and cooperation through songs, finger plays and stories. We learn colors, name recognition, cutting and shapes. 4 year olds – we prepare them for Kindergarten by teaching them how to print their names, letters, numbers and shapes. We teach the initial sounds of the letters, with songs and games.
