Tick Tock Early Learning Center’s mission is two-fold. We help low-income working families receive quality educational day care at rates they can afford. Each family’s rates are determined on a sliding fee scale based on their family size and income. The other part of our mission is to prepare our preschoolers TO SUCCEED IN KINDERGARTEN and beyond. Our educational classes teach basic learning skills through theme-related activities and social skills in a stimulating hands-on environment. Area kindergarten teachers praise our children on their readiness to learn upon entering public school.

Quality early childhood care and education are of prime importance to today’s working families. Parents want to know that their children are not only in capable hands, but that they are also being enriched during the course of the day with developmentally appropriate learning and playing experiences, are learning positive social interaction skills with other children, are being developed physically, and are always supervised by highly qualified teachers who genuinely care about the child entrusted in their care.

Tick Tock Early Learning Center was founded as a non-profit organization in 1965 with a broad base of community support. Since then, it has grown to offer quality child care and learning experiences to nearly 92 children in the Southern Chester County area.
