Description

Located on the banks of the West Branch of the Brandywine river, Modena lays just south of the City of Coatesville, surrounded by beautiful scenic Pennsylvania and yet within a short distance of service oriented local businesses and major roadways, quickly leading to Philadelphia, Lancaster County, and even Wilmington, Delaware. Previously known as Paperville, and Modeville (after the Mode family) the town eventually became known as it is today and was incorporated in 1921.
