I had breakfast at your Exton, PA restaurant this morning. What a disappointment. Starting with the waitress, she only came back to the table once after serving the food at the end to see if we wanted anymore coffee, but I needed a tall glass of water as soon as I tasted the food. It was just too spicy for a breakfast food.
I had homefries that were too salty and too brown, sausage was too spicy and salty, biscuits had a strange taste. The only thing I can say that was good was the coffee and water when I finally rec’d it.
The ladies room was FILTHY. It turned my stomach.
We waited and waited for our check but the waitress, instead of dropping it off at our table, went and took an order from a large table of probably over 20 people, just letting us sit there waiting.
Finally my daughter went to check out and asked if someone would give us our check and the cashier said it was in the computer so we didn’t need our check. No one mentioned that.
All in all….a very disappointing experience.
I have never submitted a review at any restaurant before this, but I felt the need….there is no excuse for such terrible service and food….not to mention the smell, fingerprints on the stall doors and all around filthy toilets. Shame on the staff…. shame on the management.
