If you like rudeness, this is your place. I have never been treated so poorly, and personally, will never go back.

Not a happy experience. Bad enough that I’ll never return despite a decent selection of beads. Very rude clerk, with no clue about good customer service. I needed design help, and it was clear there was no talent there. She showed me some pieces she had designed and they just were not attractive. I could have worked around that, but was not willing to stay and put up with the ATTY-TOOD.
